Thirty-day reflective journal with four guided meditations

Online journal and downloadable PDF · Four meditations in English audio and written form

Make room for your own voice.

Perhaps you have tried keeping a journal and stopped. An empty page can be difficult to begin with, especially when the rest of life leaves little space for quiet reflection.

Lélekírás Napló gives you a structure without telling you what to think. Each morning begins with a question; each evening offers a brief return to what you have noticed, what you appreciate and what you want to carry into tomorrow.

I do not promise a sudden breakthrough. What I offer is a quiet space where, over thirty days, you can practise listening more closely to yourself.

What is included?

  • Thirty morning questions: Personal, open-ended prompts with space for your own writing.
  • Thirty evening reflections: A short closing question, a gratitude practice and an intention for the following day.
  • Four weekly introductions: A starting point for each theme, with space to orient yourself before you begin.
  • Four weekly reflection days: Time to look back and notice what has changed, remained difficult or become clearer.
  • A two-day closing section: Days 29 and 30 bring the journey together through reflection, a personal commitment and a letter to your future self.
  • A self-awareness map: A visual overview of what you have discovered during the thirty days.
  • Four guided meditations: One for each weekly theme, available as English audio recordings and English written texts.
  • A welcome and practical guidance: An introduction to the journal and how to use it.
  • Accompanying emails: A welcome email, messages on days 7, 14 and 21, and a closing email on day 30.

You receive both the journal in your website account and a downloadable PDF. The journal is a complete resource in its own right; purchasing it does not include the separate six-week Léleklátás course.

The four weekly themes

Stillness and Attention

Begin with where you are now. Notice your thoughts, your body's signals and the pace at which you have been moving, without making an immediate demand for change.

Roots and Values

Explore what has shaped you and what matters to you today. The questions invite you to consider your early experiences, your values and the foundations of your everyday choices.

Shadow and Light

Look with greater honesty and kindness at the parts of yourself you welcome and the parts you find harder to accept. Here, “shadow” refers to aspects of your experience that you tend to avoid or reject, not to a judgement that something in you is spiritually wrong.

Desire and Direction

Make room for what you want, what you need and what might come next. Consider your boundaries, your hopes and the small beginnings of a new direction.

Days 29–30: Coming Home

Look back over the thirty days and gather what you want to carry forward. The closing pages include a personal commitment and a letter to your future self, so that finishing the journal also gives you a way to continue.

Who is it for?

This journal is for people who want to pause and look more closely at their inner life. You may be moving through a change in work, a relationship or a stage of life, or you may simply feel that something deserves more attention.

It can be especially helpful as a structure if you want to write but find an empty page difficult. You do not need to write well, have spiritual training or know in advance what your answers will be.

The journal does not require a particular religious belief. Its questions begin with your own experience, leaving room for your faith or worldview.

A suggested daily rhythm

  • Morning, 10–15 minutes: Read the day's question and write freely, without trying to produce the right answer.
  • Evening, around five minutes: Return to the closing question, gratitude practice and intention for tomorrow.
  • Weekly reflection, around 20–25 minutes: Look back at the week's entries and notice what stands out.

Allow around 15–20 minutes for the usual morning and evening practice combined. These timings are suggestions, not a measure of how well you are doing.

If you miss a day, continue where you left off. Thirty days describes the structure of the material, not a deadline.

The four meditations

Each weekly theme has a short, breath-focused meditation to accompany it. You can listen to the English recording or read the English text, whichever suits you at the time.

The recordings are approximately six minutes each. Use them at the beginning of a week, before writing or whenever you would like a quieter moment.

Choose how you write

  • In your account: Complete the online journal, save your responses and return after signing in on another device.
  • In the downloadable PDF: Use the fillable version with a compatible PDF reader.
  • On paper: Print the journal if you prefer handwriting.

The online journal and downloadable PDF give you two ways to work with the same material. You can choose the one that feels most comfortable rather than adapting your practice to a single format.

A note from me

For a long time, I looked for something that would help me return to myself each day, not as another task, but as something I could value. I know the feeling of sensing that something is missing without being able to name it.

Lélekírás Napló grew from that search. I am not asking you to become someone else; I am inviting you to give yourself time and notice what is there.

With love,

Frequently asked questions

Do I need spiritual knowledge or journalling experience?

No. The questions are written in accessible language and begin with your own experience.

You do not have to adopt a particular belief or produce polished writing. This is a conversation with yourself, not a writing assessment.

What if I miss a day?

Continue when you have time again. There is no need to start over or make up for the gap.

Can I print it?

Yes. The downloadable PDF can be printed, and you can also print your work from the online journal.

When do I receive access?

Access is available after purchase. Your email provides the information you need to find the journal and download the PDF.

Are the meditations available as recordings?

Yes. All four journal meditations are available as English audio recordings and English written texts.

What if a question feels overwhelming?

You can pause, skip a question or return to it later. You do not need to push through distress to complete the journal.

If you need personal or clinical support, seek help from an appropriately qualified professional. This journal is for self-reflection and does not replace psychological, psychiatric or medical care.

Where can I find the purchase and withdrawal conditions?

Please read the Terms & Conditions and the purchase information in the FAQ before buying. If you have a question about the journal or an order, you can contact me.

An optional companion

The Soul4you Csendpont digital card deck can offer an additional question or starting point before you write. It is a separate, optional purchase, not part of this journal.
