Léleklátás

Six-week course in self-reflection and metaphysical exploration

Videos with English subtitles · English written materials · Self-paced study

Two connected layers. Six weeks. A journey towards feeling more at home within yourself.

Léleklátás brings practical self-reflection together with my metaphysical reading of inner experience. One layer explores your patterns, beliefs, choices and relationships; the other approaches biblical stories as symbolic maps of movements within consciousness.

In my work, these are connected ways of exploring the same inner journey. I offer this perspective for you to consider, not as a new religion or a claim that every spiritual tradition teaches the same thing.

The course invites a change of perspective. Sometimes a familiar question looks different when you approach it through another image, another story or a more honest understanding of your own experience.

What is included?

  • Six weeks of video lessons: A connected sequence, with English subtitles for the videos.
  • Weekly workbooks: Questions and exercises related to each week's material, with an interactive version in the course and printable PDF material.
  • Six weekly meditations: One for each stage of the course, with English written texts.
  • English written versions of the teaching: You can read the material rather than relying on the videos.
  • Access to the full course from the start: The six-week structure is a suggested rhythm, not a weekly release schedule.

The original recordings use AI narration and background music. For English-language study, follow the subtitles on the videos or work with the English written material.

The six-week journey

Week 1: Who am I?

Begin by noticing familiar patterns and beliefs. What do you take for granted about yourself, and how do those assumptions shape what you see?

The metaphysical thread introduces my reading of Adam's deep sleep, traditionally transliterated as tardemah. I use the image of the sleeping mind as a starting point for the course's inner journey, rather than claiming it is the only meaning of the biblical story.

Week 2: What do I carry?

Explore your strengths, wounds and the roles you have learnt to take on. Consider what those roles reveal and what they sometimes conceal.

The accompanying reflection looks at the different states that can coexist within us: childlike, adult, weary or hopeful. These are ways of describing inner experience, not clinical diagnoses.

Week 3: Who am I now?

Take stock of your present life and perspective. What can you recognise more clearly when you pause the familiar story of who you think you should be?

The metaphysical layer explores everyday awareness alongside what I call cosmic awareness: a sense of belonging to a wider whole. This is part of my spiritual framework, not a claim of scientifically established levels of consciousness.

Week 4: What has held me back?

Consider the expectation that someone or something outside you will resolve what is happening within. Explore guilt, projection and the ways a familiar expectation can shape your response.

In my symbolic reading, the Flood becomes an image of inner overwhelm. Reflecting on your own response does not mean that you caused someone else's actions or should manage every difficulty without support.

Week 5: What am I moving towards?

Return to familiar stories and ask what changes when you read them differently. Notice the possibility of a new perspective without forcing yourself to reach a conclusion.

The metaphysical thread draws on Pentecost and the image of the Inner Teacher. In this course, I use that image to explore inner guidance and the possibility of recognising meaning through different voices, without presenting my reading as the definitive religious interpretation.

Week 6: Bringing it together

Gather what you have recognised and choose one manageable next step. The emphasis is not on reaching a superior spiritual position, but on bringing your understanding into the life you are already living.

The closing theme is homecoming. What might it mean to live with a little more steadiness, clarity and willingness to act on what you now recognise?

Who is it for?

Léleklátás is intended for people who have already spent some time with self-reflection or spiritual questions and want to explore further. You do not need academic or religious qualifications, but some familiarity with this kind of inner work is useful.

If these themes are entirely new to you, Belső Újrarendezés or Lélekírás Napló may be a gentler starting point. Neither is a compulsory purchase before taking this course.

The material invites questions rather than supplies a closed system of answers. It is designed for independent exploration, not crisis support or clinical treatment.

Faith and interpretation

Biblical stories have meanings within living religious traditions. My course approaches them through a personal metaphysical reading, exploring what they can illuminate about inner experience.

You do not have to set aside your faith to consider that perspective. Equally, some interpretations may differ from your beliefs, and you remain free to question them or decide they are not for you.

Work at your own pace

You receive the complete material after purchase. You can follow the suggested six-week sequence, take longer or return to an earlier lesson.

Around an hour a week is a useful starting point for a lesson, workbook reflection and meditation. You can divide that time into shorter sessions or give a particular question more attention.
