The course
Léleklátás connects practical self-reflection with my metaphysical exploration of biblical stories and inner experience. Across six weeks, you consider patterns and beliefs, what you carry, where you are now, what has held you back, a possible direction and a manageable next step.
The biblical interpretations express the perspective of this course. They are not presented as a replacement for religious tradition or as conclusions that you must accept.

The cards
Csendpont offers 44 prompts across six themes: Arrival, Self-Awareness, Connection, Transformation, Creativity and Intention, and Stillness and Wisdom. Each card includes a thought, a question and a small step.
You might use one before a workbook reflection, return to the same card over several days or set the course aside and spend a few minutes with a single question. The guide and fillable calendar give you a way to explore and record your responses.
The cards are reflective prompts, not predictions or instructions about what you must do. They leave the response and the decision with you.
The English format
The course videos have English subtitles, and the teaching and meditation texts are available in English. The original recordings use AI narration of my written material; you can follow the subtitles or work from the English texts.
Csendpont is a digital resource. You receive printable card files and mobile-friendly images, rather than a physical deck sent by post.
Is this the right option for you?
Choose this package if you would like both the six-week course and the card deck. The cards provide a shorter, flexible form of reflection alongside the longer course.
If you only want the course, the standard Léleklátás offer contains the full teaching. You do not need the VIP package to complete it.
