Free workbook: Belső Újrarendezés
Seven days to pause and listen to yourself.
Perhaps something has shifted in your life, but you cannot quite name it yet. The days keep moving, while the questions that matter to you wait for a quieter moment.
Belső Újrarendezés offers a place to begin. For around 10–20 minutes a day, you can step out of the rush, notice what you are carrying and give your own responses room to emerge.
This is not a promise of a breakthrough in seven days. It is an invitation to spend a little time with yourself, without having to perform, find the right answer or become someone else.
What you receive
- A seven-day digital workbook: Guided questions, writing exercises and small, practical steps for each day.
- A clear daily structure: An opening reflection, space to explore your own experience and a closing question.
- Accompanying daily emails: Short reflections to support you as you work through the material at your own pace.
The seven days move from noticing where you are to naming what feels heavy, listening more closely, letting go, finding steadiness and bringing your reflections together. You do not have to resolve everything before taking the next step.
Who is it for?
This workbook is for you if you sense that something needs attention, but do not yet know where to begin. It may also suit you if you have done this kind of work before and would like a gentle way back to it.
You do not need experience of meditation, journalling or spiritual practice. You can bring your own faith, questions or uncertainty; there is no particular belief you must adopt.
How to use it
Set aside around 10–20 minutes when you can give yourself a little attention. Read the day's reflection, work with the questions and write as much or as little as feels useful.
The accompanying emails provide a rhythm, not a deadline. If you miss a day, simply continue where you left off.
You do not need polished sentences. The purpose is not to write impressively, but to notice what you might otherwise pass over.
