About me

The earth beneath my feet, the sky above my head, my heart in its rightful place.

For twelve years, I searched for a point at which I could finally say: I have arrived. I read, studied and explored my inner life. My views changed, and new questions kept appearing.

Alongside that search, I worked in public administration. There were files to deal with, deadlines to meet and everyday responsibilities to carry. From the outside, life seemed to be in order. Within, something remained unsettled.

My journeys to Peru and South-East Asia were not where the change began. They were places along the way where I could recognise that something was already shifting.

Eventually, I realised that the difficulty was not only that I had not found an answer. I also needed to reconsider the question I was asking.

Grounded in everyday life, open to what lies beyond it

I am Georgina, the founder of Soul4you. I share what I have explored and come to understand, rather than placing myself above anyone else’s path.

I know the effort of trying to remain grounded in everyday life while staying open to something beyond its most visible concerns. We meet deadlines, care for relationships and attend to practical needs. At the same time, we may be asking what gives life meaning, what we are carrying within us and how we want to live.

This is where my motto comes from. The earth beneath my feet is the life I am responsible for. The sky above my head is the openness I want to keep. My heart in its rightful place is the wish to remain present to both.

Over those years, I learned from psychology, ancient wisdom, contemporary thought, and symbolic and metaphysical readings. I have drawn on more than one perspective because life does not ask only one kind of question.

I think of these perspectives as keys. We cannot always know in advance which one will help us understand the door before us, or whether we first need to notice that we have been standing at the wrong door.

The stories I return to

The teachings of Jesus have a particular place in my work. I approach them through a metaphysical lens, exploring consciousness, inner change and the way we understand reality.

I read biblical stories as maps of an inward journey. Within the series I am developing, their figures and encounters become images of movements within the mind: division, fear, trust, forgiveness and awakening.

This is my interpretive perspective, offered with respect for the Jewish and Christian traditions in which these texts have their own histories and meanings. I do not present it as the only valid reading, or ask someone to abandon their faith in order to consider it.

What interests me is the meeting between an old story and a question that is alive now. What becomes visible when we read with attention to our own experience, while also taking care with the words and context of the text?

Living faith, with room for questions

For me, spirituality is not about discarding everything we have believed. It is about noticing what remains a living source of trust and connection, and what we may be carrying mainly through fear or habit.

The distinction is about our relationship with belief, not a judgement on a religion or its members. I want there to be room for questions, including questions that do not have a comfortable or immediate answer.

Faith can be an inner compass. It can help us remain present to ourselves, our relationships and what we hold sacred, without requiring every uncertainty to disappear.

Soul4you grew from this wish: to offer a place for the questions we have kept to ourselves, and to bring spiritual reflection into the ordinary details of living.

I do not want to tell you how to live. I want to share perspectives and practices that may help you hear more clearly what matters to you.

Change that still looks like everyday life

After years of inner work, we may still be living an outwardly ordinary life. There is work to do, food to prepare and a bill that needs paying.

Yet the way we inhabit that life can change. There may be more room to breathe, a little less urgency to prove ourselves, or a clearer sense of where a boundary belongs.

There may be a different quality of attention in a familiar conversation. We may notice that we can listen without disappearing, or care without trying to control everything.

This is the kind of change that matters to me. Not a promise of permanent happiness or a life beyond difficulty, but the possibility of being more fully present within the life we actually have.

Who is this for?

Soul4you is for people who feel that familiar ways of thinking no longer answer their questions, but who want to remain connected to the values that matter to them.

It is for those who are looking for thoughtful exploration rather than a quick promise, and who want to understand their own patterns, choices and inner responses more clearly.

You may come from a religious tradition, a different spiritual perspective or a place of uncertainty. You do not have to arrive with the same beliefs as mine.

Here you will find writing, newsletters, books and resources for self-reflection. They offer space for your questions, your faith and your freedom to decide what is useful to you.

If something here speaks to you, perhaps this is a place where our paths can meet. You are welcome to begin with a single article or a small moment of reflection.

With love,
Georgina
