Frequently asked questions
Here are the questions I am often asked about Soul4you and its resources. If you cannot find the answer you need, write to me and I will be happy to reply.
General questions
Who are you, and why should I trust you?
I am Georgina, the founder of Soul4you. I share what I have explored in my own life: beliefs, inner difficulties and the difference between a living faith and beliefs held rigidly.
I do not claim to have an answer to every question. What I offer is a way to explore your own answers more clearly. If that speaks to you, I am glad you are here.
Is this a religious programme?
No. Soul4you does not require affiliation with any religion, church or belief system, and my purpose is not to criticise any of them.
The material is spiritual in nature, exploring inner peace, self-understanding and a living relationship with faith. You are welcome to bring your own background and beliefs.
Who are the Soul4you programmes for?
They are for people who sense that something within them has changed or is beginning to change. They are for those who want to move beyond ready-made answers and explore their own relationship with themselves, their faith and the world.
The invitation is not limited by gender or a particular background. If something in the material speaks to you, it may be a place to begin.
Who might they not suit?
They are not intended for people seeking proof that a religion or belief system is wrong. Nor do they offer an immediate external solution without reflection, or a closed set of answers to every question.
That is not a judgement about anyone's needs. It simply describes the kind of approach offered here.
Price and value
It feels expensive. Is it worth it?
That is an understandable question, and one I ask before investing in something myself. These materials are intended to be worked with and returned to, rather than read once and put aside.
Their preparation involves time, attention and care. If you are unsure, begin with the free material; experiencing the approach may make your decision easier.
I cannot afford it now. Will it still be available later?
I intend to keep the Soul4you materials available on an ongoing basis. There is no need to begin before the time is right for you.
In the meantime, you can use the free resources. Waiting does not mean that you have missed your chance to start.
Why does it cost this much?
Each resource brings together writing, experience, structure and careful preparation. There are also lower-priced starting points, so you can explore the approach before choosing a more substantial programme.
You do not have to buy everything at once. Choose the resource that fits your needs and circumstances.
Time
What if I do not have time?
I understand. There are periods when life is full and very little space remains for ourselves.
The starting point can be a few minutes rather than a large commitment. If that is not possible now, the free materials are there when you have room to return.
Do I have to complete everything in one go?
Not at all. The programmes are self-paced, without a compulsory schedule or a requirement to keep up with other people.
You can pause and continue where you left off. The suggested rhythm is there to support you, not put you under pressure.
Finding the right fit
I am not sure whether this is for me.
It is worth giving that question space. Notice whether the writing, tone and approach feel relevant to you, without treating an initial response as an obligation to buy.
The free material is a good way to explore that. Afterwards, you may have a clearer sense of whether you want to continue.
I have already tried many things. What will be different here?
I do not promise that this is better than everything you have tried. Different approaches speak to different people.
You may find that another voice or perspective opens something useful for you. Beginning with a free resource lets you explore whether this is that approach.
Is the material available in English?
Yes. Soul4you's main content is available in Hungarian and English, with the format stated for each resource.
Lélekírás Napló includes an online journal, a downloadable PDF and four meditations in both English audio and written form. Léleklátás and its VIP package provide videos with English subtitles and English written teaching and meditation material.
Questions about faith and religion
I am religious. Could this conflict with my faith?
Soul4you is not intended to replace your religion or ask you to abandon it. I offer a space to explore your own relationship with faith and your inner life.
Some of my metaphysical interpretations may differ from the teachings of your tradition. You are free to consider them, question them or disagree; respectful exploration does not require agreement.
I am concerned that this could be cult-like or manipulative.
Thank you for raising that concern. It is an important question, and I take it seriously.
There is no required profession of faith, no demand to conform to a group and no teaching that says only Soul4you has the truth. You can stop engaging with the material without explaining a spiritual decision, and doubt and questioning are welcome.
Belső Újrarendezés
Seven-day self-reflection workbook
What is Belső Újrarendezés?
It is a seven-day digital workbook for quiet, independent reflection. For around 10–20 minutes a day, you pause to consider where you are starting, what you are carrying and what you need.
Seven themes take you from a first step to bringing your reflections together. An accompanying daily email series supports the process while leaving you free to work at your own pace.
Who is the workbook for?
It is for someone who senses that something feels stuck but cannot yet name it. It is also a gentle beginning if you want to explore inner work without immediately starting a more extensive programme.
You do not need previous experience. The invitation is to give a little time and honest attention to your own life.
What does each day include?
Each day has a short opening reflection, guided writing exercises and a closing question. The themes move through noticing your starting point, pausing, naming what feels heavy, listening to a deeper call, letting go, finding steadiness and bringing the experience together.
A daily email accompanies the material. Its purpose is to help you work with the questions, not simply read past them.
What if I miss a day?
Continue where you left off. You do not need to start again or explain the gap.
Is there a next step afterwards?
Lélekírás Napló offers a natural continuation through thirty days of structured journalling. It gives you more time to explore what the workbook has opened.
Continuing is not compulsory. If the seven-day workbook is enough for now, it remains a complete starting point.
Lélekírás Napló
Thirty-day reflective journal
What is Lélekírás Napló?
It is a thirty-day digital journal with a structure for morning and evening reflection. Rather than beginning with a blank page, you have a question to help you begin.
Four themes guide the journal: Stillness and Attention, Roots and Values, Shadow and Light, and Desire and Direction. The closing section, Coming Home, offers space to look back and consider what you want to carry forward.
It is not therapy or a formal course. It is a quiet space for listening more closely to yourself.
What exactly do I receive?
You receive an interactive journal to complete in your website account and a downloadable PDF. Your online responses are saved to your account, so you can continue from another device after signing in, and you can print or save your work.
Each day contains a main morning question, space for free writing, a short evening question, a gratitude practice and an intention for tomorrow. The journal also includes four weekly reflection days, four weekly introductions, a self-awareness map and the two-day Coming Home section.
Four meditations accompany the weekly themes, with both English audio recordings and English written texts. You also receive a welcome email with guidance, accompanying emails on days 7, 14 and 21, and a closing email on day 30.
Who is the journal for?
It is for someone who wants to journal but finds an empty page difficult, or wants a regular reflective practice without knowing where to begin. It offers a structure for independent work, with accompanying material but without pressure.
You do not need a particular spiritual background or previous experience. You can begin with the journal itself or use it after the free workbook.
Who would you not recommend it to?
If you are in an acute crisis and need immediate personal support, an appropriately qualified professional is a more suitable source of help. The journal is also not a group experience or a setting for shared discussion.
If you are looking for a quick, specific solution to a problem, this may not be the resource you need. Its purpose is to create space for your own reflection rather than supply predetermined answers.
Do I have to write every day?
No. If you miss a day, continue where you left off.
Thirty days describes the material's structure, not a compulsory timetable. You can work through it more quickly or take longer.
How much time do I need each day?
The suggested rhythm is 10–15 minutes in the morning and around five minutes in the evening, or approximately 15–20 minutes in total. The morning contains the main question and free writing; the evening closes with a short reflection, gratitude and an intention for tomorrow.
Do I need spiritual experience?
No. The questions are personal and open-ended, but written in accessible language rather than specialist spiritual terminology.
A willingness to pause and give yourself some attention is enough to begin. You do not need to know what you will discover.
What if the process becomes emotionally difficult?
Some questions may bring up difficult feelings. You can slow down, skip a question or pause rather than push yourself to continue.
If you need professional support, please seek it. The journal does not replace psychological or psychiatric care.
Why thirty days?
Thirty days allows a sequence of four connected weekly themes while keeping the overall structure manageable. The closing section gives you a deliberate opportunity to look back and bring the journal to a close.
The timeframe offers room to develop a personal rhythm. It is not a guarantee that everyone will experience the same change within thirty days.
Can I use it on paper as well as digitally?
Yes. You can write in your website account, use the downloadable PDF or print the material.
When you print from the online journal, unanswered fields provide space for handwriting and existing answers are included. Some people prefer the attention that handwriting invites; others prefer typing.
What comes after the journal?
Léleklátás is a six-week course that connects self-reflection with a broader metaphysical framework. It is an option if you want to continue exploring after the journal.
It is not a compulsory next step. If the journal is enough for now, that is also a complete choice.
Can I get a refund if I decide it is not for me?
Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, online purchases generally carry a fourteen-day withdrawal period. For digital content, that right can end when supply begins if you have expressly agreed in advance to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right and received the required confirmation. (Your Europe: digital content and withdrawal)
Please read the product description and Terms & Conditions before purchasing. If you have a question, write to me before you decide.
Léleklátás
Six-week online course
What is Léleklátás?
Léleklátás is a six-week online course working with two connected layers: self-reflection, including patterns, decisions, relationships and fears; and metaphysical exploration, including inner readings of biblical stories, awareness and changes of perspective.
It brings the central themes of Soul4you into one connected journey. It does not ask you to adopt a new religion, but offers another framework through which to explore what you may already recognise in your experience.
What exactly do I receive?
You receive six weeks of video lessons, weekly interactive workbooks, six meditations and written versions of the teaching. The videos use AI narration with background music.
For English-language study, the videos have English subtitles, and the teaching and meditation texts are available in English. You can complete the workbooks within the lessons, save your responses to your account and print them.
The welcome email also includes an offer to add the Csendpont card deck for €4.90. The deck is an optional addition to the standard course.
Who is it for, and who might it not suit?
The course is intended for people who have already taken part in some form of self-reflection or spiritual exploration and are ready to go further. If this is your first encounter with these themes, Belső Újrarendezés may be an easier beginning.
It is not intended as support for an acute crisis, where help from an appropriately qualified professional is more appropriate. Nor is it a closed system of definitive answers.
Why six weeks, and why this structure?
- Week 1: Who am I? Patterns, beliefs and the image of the sleeping mind.
- Week 2: What do I carry? Strengths, wounds and the different parts of inner experience.
- Week 3: Who am I now? Taking stock and exploring everyday awareness alongside a sense of connection with a wider whole.
- Week 4: What has held me back? Waiting for rescue from outside and exploring projection.
- Week 5: What am I moving towards? A change of perspective and the image of the Inner Teacher.
- Week 6: Bringing it together. Homecoming and a first practical step.
Each week has its own focus and leads into the next. Together, they form a connected path rather than six unrelated topics.
Do I have to progress week by week?
No. The full material is available immediately; you do not need to wait for a new release each week.
The weekly sequence is a suggested rhythm. You can complete it in six weeks, take several months or return to an earlier section.
How much time should I allow each week?
Around an hour is a useful guide: approximately twelve minutes for the teaching video, 30–45 minutes for the workbook and your reflections, and around six minutes for the meditation. You may prefer longer, especially when reading or writing.
The material does not expire at the end of its suggested week. You can divide it into shorter sessions or revisit it.
Do I need previous knowledge or experience?
You do not need academic or religious training. The course uses accessible language, though previous experience of self-reflection or spiritual exploration is helpful.
That experience may come from Soul4you or elsewhere. If you are new to these themes, the seven-day workbook or Lélekírás Napló can provide a starting point.
Is this a religious programme?
The course uses biblical stories through my personal metaphysical reading, treating them as inner maps. Figures such as Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel, Nimrod and Zacchaeus are explored as symbolic expressions of movements within consciousness.
This describes the course's interpretive framework, not the only meaning of those figures within their religious traditions. You do not have to be religious to explore it, and you are not asked to abandon your own faith.
What are the videos like?
They use AI narration and background music, with a quiet, measured pace. The intention is to support attention rather than provide a fast or highly energetic presentation.
The videos have English subtitles, and English written versions are available if you prefer reading. You can choose the format that suits you.
How long can I access the material?
The course is offered with lifetime access. You pay once and can return to the material without having to complete it within six weeks.
Is there a community space, group or live teaching?
No. Léleklátás is designed for quiet, independent study, without a Facebook group or live group sessions.
You can follow your own rhythm. There is no shared timetable to keep up with.
How does Léleklátás differ from Léleklátás VIP?
Léleklátás contains the complete six-week course: videos, weekly workbooks, meditations and written teaching material. The English VIP package contains that same course together with the Csendpont digital card deck.
The difference is the additional resource, not the completeness of the course. Both give you the full teaching.
Can I get a refund if I decide it is not for me?
The same digital-content withdrawal conditions described above apply. Please read the Terms & Conditions and product description, and ask any questions before purchasing.
Léleklátás VIP
The course and Csendpont digital card deck
What does the English VIP package include?

The package is self-guided. You can use the cards alongside the course or separately.
Is there a community space or group element?
No. The English VIP package is for independent use, without a group space or live group sessions.
You decide how to combine the course and cards. There is no compulsory group rhythm.
Is the price a one-off payment?
Yes. You pay once, with no monthly fee or renewal.

Can I upgrade if I have already bought Léleklátás?

The course price is credited towards the VIP package, and you pay the difference. Contact me before making another purchase so that the upgrade can be arranged.
Can I get a refund if I decide it is not for me?
The digital-content withdrawal conditions described above apply. Please read the Terms & Conditions and ask any questions about the package before purchasing.
Soul4you Csendpont
Digital card deck
What is Csendpont?
Csendpont is a digital deck of 44 cards for a few minutes of inward attention. Each card contains a thought, a question and a small step, without prescribing a particular response.
You can use a card to begin the morning, pause before a decision or explore a question more deeply over a week. The card opens a reflection; it does not make the decision for you.
What is included?
You receive 44 cards as a printable A6 PDF and mobile-friendly image files in Instagram Story format. The cards also come with a guide and an interactive, fillable thirty-day calendar template.
You can type your thoughts directly into the calendar without printing it. The guide offers suggestions for working with the cards.
Do I need previous knowledge or spiritual experience?
Not at all. Csendpont is not a programme that you have to complete.
Choose a card when you have a little time and notice your response. You can use it in the morning, evening or whenever a quiet moment becomes available.
How can I use the cards?
You can draw one at random in the morning and reflect on its question, or stay with one card for a week and approach it from different angles. Before a decision, a question may help you step outside a familiar line of thought.
You can also use the cards with another person or in a group, with each person choosing whether and what to share. The prompts support reflection rather than predict events or override your judgement.
What is the difference between the digital and physical decks?
The current offer is digital: printable PDF cards and mobile-friendly image files. A physical deck is planned, but it is not included in this purchase.
The digital files are available to download after purchase. You can use the images on a device or print the cards yourself.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The Soul4you homepage offers a free daily card draw.
It gives you a way to experience the questions and tone before deciding whether you would like the full deck. You do not need to purchase first.
Can I get a refund if I decide it is not for me?
The digital-content withdrawal conditions described above apply. Please read the Terms & Conditions and ask any questions before purchasing.
The free daily card draw also gives you a way to try the approach before deciding. It is there to help you make an informed choice.
