An overview of the one-to-one coaching session — how it works, what it focuses on, and what to bring with you.
The ‘Soul Insight’ VIP package includes two personalised one-to-one sessions. This brief guide explains what you can expect from these sessions.
The context of the event — in brief
- Duration: 1 hour per session — 2 sessions in total as part of the VIP package.
- Format: online video call. The link will be sent in the booking confirmation email.
- Language: Hungarian.
- Booking: You’ll receive my booking calendar in the VIP welcome email; simply click on the available dates to select a time that suits you, and the system will send you the booking details in a confirmation email.
- Validity: It is advisable to make use of these two sessions either during the six-week course or within two months of the course ending.
- What it does not contain: No group, no minutes, no recording. Just you and me — a quiet, intimate conversation.
What is the event about?
A one-to-one session is not a lecture, nor is it a pre-planned lesson plan or a pre-prepared list of questions.
As you work through the material — the videos, the workbook, the meditations — something usually stirs within you. A question. A stumbling block. An old story that suddenly takes on new meaning. A difficulty you cannot resolve on your own.
A one-to-one session provides the perfect opportunity for exactly that. A quiet hour spent together, focusing on whatever is on your mind right now. There’s no set agenda, no compulsory topic, and no goal you have to achieve.
You provide the content — I’ll provide the presence and the framework.
What happens during a session?
The first 5–10 minutes — a quiet start
Let’s briefly summarise where you’re at with the material, and what questions or topics have now come to the fore for you.
The middle section — collaborative work
This is the main part of the session. Anything could come up here: discussing a specific situation in your life in the light of the material, an old pattern that you now see in a different light, a decision you’re struggling to make, or a difficulty that keeps coming back time and time again.
I don’t give advice. We ask questions together. The aim isn’t to „solve” anything in an hour — but to help you see more clearly what’s really going on inside you. From there, you can take it forward yourself.
The last 5–10 minutes — conclusion
Let’s briefly summarise what has emerged. If there’s anything you might like to try out over the coming period (an exercise, a question, a focus), we’ll discuss it at the end of the session — but only if it comes up naturally. There’s no compulsory „homework”.
When is the best time to check in?
It’s up to you — I’ll leave it to your own pace and your inner guidance. Here’s a point of reference, if you need it:
- The first time: halfway through the course (usually around weeks 3–4), when you’ve got to grips with the material but still have several weeks ahead of you in which you can continue to work on what emerges during the session.
- The second time: towards the end of the course (after Week 6), when you have a clear overview of the whole arc and can gain a shared perspective on integration — the „journey home”.
The bottom line is: book an appointment when you feel you need one — not when you „should” according to the schedule.
What should you bring along for the occasion?
- Notes, if any: your weekly workbooks, your diary, your own writing — anything in which the topic in question features.
- A quiet environment: a quiet space for yourself. Not in the car, and not whilst you’re rushing about. Allow five minutes before and after, when it’s quiet.
- A question or topic: If you’ve come with a specific question, topic or problem — that’s fine. If all you know is that „something is stirring inside me, but I can’t quite put it into words yet”, that’s a perfectly good starting point too.
You don’t need to prepare. You don’t need to „do well”. You don’t need to have everything planned out in advance.
Follow-up
If, after the two VIP sessions, you feel you’d like to continue coming with me as my personal companion, this is possible at any time through one-to-one sessions.
Resignation, transfer, exceptional circumstances
- Transfer taking longer than 24 hours: If you let us know at least 24 hours before the appointment, you can reschedule it free of charge — either via the booking portal or by email.
- Cancellation or no-show within 24 hours: If you cancel within 24 hours, or fail to turn up at all, the session will be counted as used. This rule is in place because appointments are booked in advance for other people.
- Exceptional circumstances: In the event of illness, an emergency or an unexpected situation, we’re always flexible. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
What not to expect from the occasion
It’s important to be clear about what you can’t expect from a one-to-one session — this will help you come with realistic expectations.
- An instant solution: An hour-long conversation won’t resolve long-standing inner patterns or life situations. You’ll still have to work on what emerges during the session for a long time afterwards.
- Psychological treatment: It is not therapy, counselling or coaching in the traditional sense. The session is a form of spiritual and self-discovery guidance — it is not a substitute for psychological or psychiatric care.
- Specific lifestyle advice: I won’t tell you what to do with your life. You make your own decisions. I ask questions and provide a framework — the answers come from you.
If you have any questions about the sessions before you log in for the first time, simply reply to the VIP welcome email.
With love,
Georgina
